To all All American Sports Academy fans,
We are excited to announce that we will begin our re-opening process! We are unbelievably excited that we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel through all of this, and we cannot wait to get back to our training environment. Below is a list of expectations, guidelines, and protocols that we will be following as we begin this process:
Building Protocols: We have posted markers throughout our facility to ensure the 6 ft apart boundaries between staff members and students alike. We will not be allowing more than one student per instructor in the building at one time, and will be allowing a time overlap to ensure the crossing of students will not occur.
Staff Promises: As a staff, we will be wearing masks during all lessons, wash and disinfect our hands before and after each lesson, and maintain a safe distance from all students. Before each lesson, we will come to the door to signal each student to come in, and will walk that student back out before inviting the next athlete. During the overlap time, we will be disinfecting balls and other materials used during the previous lesson.
Student Expectations: As students, we expect you to remain in your car until your instructor waves for you to enter. Upon entering, please wash your hands and disinfect batting gloves and bat grip, and pocket of fielding glove. When picking up balls, you will be required to wear latex, or latex-free, gloves (provided by the facility) to do so; disposing of gloves after each use. Before leaving the facility, you must wash your hands once more. In compliance with San Joaquin County, it is not required for you to wear a mask; although recommended. Parents: We would still love your involvement in your athlete’s lesson; please feel free to reach out to your instructor to be included via FaceTime!
CDC Guidelines: AASA will also be following all guidelines and protocols set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that include, but are not limited to:
If you have, or have had a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other signs of illness within the last 14 days, you will not be permitted to enter.
If you have been near, or in contact, with any persons that have shown signs or symptoms of illness, you will not be permitted to enter.
Please contact us if you are interested in an in-person lesson or a lesson online at (209)833-BALL
